pRECONSTRUCTION
Our pre-construction process begins by examining all aspects of the project to evaluate the construction process, cost and to coordinate a plan that will deliver the project in accordance of the clients expectations.

GENERAL CONTRACTING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As construction managers and general contractors, the Remi Interiors team is dedicated from the earliest stages of design through to client occupancy.
- Coordinating and supervising work performed by all trades and outside suppliers for quality, completeness, schedule, and conformity with plans and specifications
- Expediting and securing all permits, licenses, inspections, sign-offs, and occupancy certificates required by jurisdictional agencies
- Maintaining and updating project schedules
- Holding on-going project meetings with client and trades to monitor job progress
- Comprehensive punch list services
- Upon substantial completion of construction, examine work to assure efficacy, quality and proper commissioning of equipment
